Zarina Composit Textile Industries Ltd. (Hereinafter referred as ZCTIL) was incorporated in Bangladesh (No-C-342093/2000) on 17 December, 2000 with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and firms as a Private Limited Company under the Companies Act, 1994. The authorized capital of the company is increased to BDT 5,00,00,000 divided into 50000 ordinary shares of Tk. 1000 each.
• Textile and garments sector is the biggest and fastest growing sector in Bangladesh. It is also the highest foreign currency earning sector in country. Among this sector, Spinning is growing very rapidly due to comparatively smaller investment requirement, greater backward linkage facility & higher profit. That’s why export of yarn has been increasing steadily for last few years.
• Textile education can’t be completed without industrial training. Because this industrial training minimizes the gap between theoretical and practical knowledge and make us accustomed to industrial environment. Such as PC, CVC in deferent ratio which is delivered in 100% export oriented Knit & Woven Factory. • There is a modern management which organized skilled Textile Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Technicians & skilled worker.
