Ananda Bag Mills Limited (Hereinafter referred as ABML) was incorporated in Bangladesh (No-C-39984(1952)/2000) on 04 April, 2000 with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and firms as a Private Limited Company under the Companies Act, 1994. The authorized capital of the company is BDT 250,000,000 divided 2500000 ordinary shares of Tk. 100 each.
