Zarina Composit Textile Industries Ltd. (Hereinafter referred as ZCTIL) was incorporated in Bangladesh (No-C-342093/2000) on 17 December, 2000 with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and firms as a Private Limited Company under the Companies Act, 1994. The authorized capital of the company is increased to BDT 5,00,00,000 divided into 50000 ordinary shares of Tk. 1000 each.
