Ananda Builders Limited (Hereinafter referred as ABL) was incorporated in Bangladesh (No-C-15589/1155 of 1985-1986) on 29 May, 1986 with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and firms as a Private Limited Company under the Companies Act, 1994. The authorized capital of the company is BDT 1,00,00,000 divided 10000 ordinary shares of Tk. 1000 each.
